Serato Vinyl Rip Question

Hi Guys

Sorry If this is a repost. I'm looking to rip all my old jungle to serato before the original plates get overplayed and dull sounding.

What is the best way to record the original vinyl onto my computer?

Is the recording software in serato good enough quality?

I use audacity too record mixes but what do you normally do after the initial recording, normalising etc as ive never been to clear on the finishing touches.

yeah i got about 600 jungle records to conver tin total
