Ok so when I play my own productions through serato the quality drops significantly, it seems to lose lots of the mid range and sounds fairly over driven. However when I play the same file through my pc on the same monitors the quality is perfect.

I have tried converting the file to mp3, and changing settings like auto gain, still no luck. This only happens with my own tunes, no others.. so weird

and before you ask, no my tunes aren't clipping or anything like that

What kind of sound card are you using when you play the tune through your speakers? Also, what speakers are you using?

Hey, this is happening to me as well. When I play tunes I've made (bounced out of Logic), the low end has this weird 'wub' modulation. This only happens when I play it through Serato. Going straight through the DJ mixer from my laptop has no issues. I've tried to export to WAV, MP3 and taken everything off the master channel, no clipping either.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
