Sennheiser HD25 problem, need help

Hi guys,

I've got a pair of Sennheiser HD25s and was wondering if anyone could help me. I bought an adaptor for the bit where you plug the headphones into the mixer, it looks like this:

However this doesn't work, as on my HD25's there is no bit where the golden bits screw on too, so it doesn't fully fit onto my headphones and just loosely falls off. Does anyone else have this problem? Desperately need a way of fixing it as on most mixers they don't have both headphone inputs.

hmm think my mate has the same headfones but his standard jack has a screw bit so the extention twists in. it may have been a different type of Sennheiser headfones, if i were you id just buy a standar adapter that doesnt have the screw bit, the one in your picture is specific to heafones that have a screw bit

my hd25s came with that adapter which screws on. before I have had ones that you only poke in so this is special
