sending mp3 or wav via AIM

Havnt used aim for a while, and since its updated havnt been on there at all.

Now, I've just got a mate who's signed up to it and I'm trying to send him an mp3 of my newest WIP. But everytime I open the file in our chat, it comes up with the track, fully uploaded, but when either of us click the file, it takes us to a web address from aim, saying "Sad Trombone" this page is unavaliable? So.....WTF????? I'm not uploading it to a site? I'm trying to transfer the file between us.......Has this feature been disabled?
 
i normally just drag the drop the file into it and it starts sending. Check you both have latest version of AIM and check security protection isn't causing issues (like ZoneAlarm)
 
1 Tell him to delete the file in his received folder files.
2 Change the name.
3 Close and open AIM again.
Try sending again!
