Selling cds in stores?

Hey,

I was wondering say I made a mix tape and I wanted to sell it in stores, do I have to get the rights from the lablels/artist of the tracks that I'm going to use or did I purchase those rights when I bought the vinyl?

You must clear the records you use ahead of time and pay for their use if you are going to be profiting from the mix.
