Once again Offworld Recordings presents an amazing offering from Secret Structures. The Borderline Ep is a four-pack of songs that showcase a range of styles of drum and bass music. The title track is classic Secret Structures from the first rhodes to the final crash, featuring tight percussion, clean bass and tasty vocal snippets. Just A Thing takes the listener on a deep jazzy ride with meandering pianos sprinkled on top. Next we have Thin Air with snappy drums and strange yet satisfying synth sounds. Closing out the Ep and going even deeper is Give And Take, a track with a haunting synth-line and more pianos and vocals sure to give the listener chills.
