Samy Nicks & MarX return after The MASSIVE ‘Corperate Games EP’, The Grinch one is not for the faint hearted infact if you suffer from any kind of heart or respiratory problems stay well clear of this slice of dirtbag, thuggish dnb.
The flips side to the grinch is equally able to merk a dancefloor, the moody intro leads into a creepy break down untill a bassline that must have been slapped with an ASBO order has its way with the raving masses. As Sharkbait moves along it kicks off its ankle tag and really gets to grips with the job of drawing in sweat ridden dnb heads into an skankathon only slowed by the 2nd breakdown, a much needed addition to any Dj or ravers selection, another banger not to be missed by this duo.
Seperatly Samy Nicks and MarX have very different paths in the world of dnb. Samy Nicks is a well known name on the Breakthrough scene where as MarX has classic training and vears more towards a composing route (e.g video games), but when they get together the results are bangin, an unlikely duo who seem to gel when in the studio as is clearly evident in the clips below,
