I dont want to sound stupid cos i know abit, have been at it for a few years, and my tracks sound ok lol just aint got noone to ask,, need to see if i do it like you,,.

(hate exposing my self but here we go) lol
I use battery3 for drums (singlehits) and kontakt2 for sub and stuff liek piano samples and melody bits. then say id have a massive or suming ontop and just play around that way and eq and compress as i go along,. this is just a brief discription But the main way i do it ..what do the big boys use?

Is there a plug in to add to my final mix to make it propper clear or is that in mastering?

do you lot do what i do?
I dont know any producers learnt on my own, but learnt alot my way...

certainly sounds like youre doing it right. the best distortion plug available, if you ask me, is predatOHM, its just silly how good that plug sounds. im not that into reverbs actually, but my fave is SIR, which is impulse based and free.
