I wasn't quite sure what to expect upon hearing MistaJam talk about this track being re-worked from the clip you posted, thinking it would be dumbed down into a generic 90s jump up roller, but to my pleasant surprise, it sounds like early Full Cycle at its best

‘Formulate’ is a track myself and Krust did years ago, which was a really popular track but we just never released it. I think it was put on a compilation but it never ever came out.
