I'm a Roast Beef And Yorkshire Pud man meself, but yeah. Roast dinners are banging, especially when your Mum brings it upstairs on a tray with a cup of tea while you're nursing a post-clubbing hangover (y)

^^ Nah, my Dad makes the best ones I've ever tasted.

Yeh, all about one though. Lamb ones are the best.

    I'm starving now :(

don't* my ex made the best roasts, better than my nans and mums put together but i haven't had one for over six months now. that's what you get for living on your own. i am particularly good at making salad myself.

Apparently swapping your breakfast and dinner around helps shed the pounds (y)

i think it's meant in the size of the meals, if you eat a bigger breakfast and get progresivly smaller meals throughout the day, it helps.

not saying that a curry for breakky isn't a bad idea mind....

Its cos you work off your first meal during the day, so if you have a bigger breakfast and a smaller dinner your body will work off the bigger meal, if that makes sense? Every time i go to the 'waffle' section i want a fucking waffle.

Big up peanut butter toast anyone..?
