I'd class this more as minimal rather than liquid. Beat sounds a little thin, but it kinda works. Gets repetative pretty quickly, if you intend on keeping it that minimal you should add alot of different fills and little FX to keep it interesting, change up the riff every 16-32 bars etc.

hmm. the snare sounds like its 2 snares not layered perfectly. they snap after each others. sounds strange to me. and i guess you have to work the drums out a tad more, as they are they sound tooo thin, although fletch is right that it already kinda works.
