Ripping a drumloop.

Im using fruity loops 8 and Iv got a Dnb loop I wanna rip off the end of one of the songs off a cd I have by a band called capdown its about 30 seconds long.

how would i go about doing this?

you got a wave editor like audacity or soundforge or something??

in soundforge you can rip cd audio, not sure about audacity......

if you dont have a wave editor, download audacity (its free)

if you cant rip the audio strait from cd, use windows media player or something to rip the track.... make sure you set it to record as .wav

open the wave file in audacity highlight the section you want and then "trim" (its in the edit menu probably)

i was going to recommend the same but thought you may know a way in flstudio

or try get a copy of 'sony acid' is pretty easy to do it with aswell
 
go the effects, insert edison and open up the mp3/wav etc, trim all that you dont want out and just save whats trimmed
