I know that this guy and his characters may have not been that popular on US and EU, but I grew up watching his shows. I'm really sad about this loss. RIP, and thank you for all the joy you've brought us, Chaves.

really adam, what do you mean you dont recognize him, that, is the one and only joao del monte, king of brasil, known affectionately to his people as el grande trueno en la casa del raton, or to his staff as el sombrero grande, or el jefe mas excellente as the elderly liked to call him, or as the people liked to call him, el commandante con queso, or, as the people also knew him as, tangy tangy diego diego, or to his foes, the jaffa cake ox. others simply knew him as, del monte - bringer of quorn. some called him eduardo cinqco, el dia del muerte mejores en specifico por otros politicos, steve, and of course big boss shackalack, the slap-a-hoe indian.

better reckanize adam. this is history happening right before our very eyes, and youre off with your "roller blades" and "gameboy color".

    RIP

    para-kaloo.

He was a mexican actor and director. His shows were based on the kind of humor you could find on The Three Stooges, for example. Also, his shows have been aired here in Brazil since the 70's, so basically you have 3 generations of people who know him.

This is one of the few celebrities that passed away and truly made me cry.

    No prob, Carl.

His funeral was held on the Azteca Stadium, and there were over 40.000 people there to pay homage to him.

This Simpsons character is actually based on many mexican actors and characters played by them, including Bolaños.
