    Its just a common english instruction, from cleaning dishes or something. Its just a smart arses way of say 'do it again'

    i dunno why but my first thought was "re-sampling" the idea of doing something, processing it, bouncing it then repeating until u end up with a sound ur happy with lol.

    It comes from the instructions on Shampoo and Conditioner bottles. "Lather, rinse, and repeat."
