Make your desktop into an oldskool console game
Ohh the days of oldskool geekdom......
I recently revisited my Commodore Amiga computer with an Amiga emulator for my PC.... coolest artwork and sound ever- Nintendo can eat my C64 Tape Recorder - if i hadnt sold it mind you
come to think of it, i gave it away to some kid along with my Commodore64
I had an nintendo64 aswell, and i gave it away to the kids upstairs in my block
awww aint i a saint really
Anyone used Mugen?
It's a customaisable arcade fighting game (sorta like street fighter 2 or king of fighters)
I've been hooked on this back home but I can't seem to get the fucker to work with win 2000 or XP.
tell me more bout this mugen, i heard about it n seen some of it on youtube. where can i get this from n so forth???
Mate this thread was made over 6 years ago why you bumping it now?

i just downloaded a nes and n64 emulator last night.
gonna have a look for goldeneye rom later!
quality game for its day man!!
alll about goldeneye on the 64 and streets of rage 2 on sega mega drive
ill second that bud!!! streets of rage was bad but goldeneye is exelent for its time!!
yeah definatly...all about goldeneye..
arrgh, my ps1's begging for a sesh of final fantasy 7, just can't be arsed.
this is the main reason i bought a wii
some retro games are still amazing today, especially some of the music
I've got an N64 and a Megadrive sat upstairs in my room....
They will NEVER get boring. Goldeneye, Zelda (Ocarina of Time), Perfect Dark, Mario Kart 64 and 1080 Snowboarding.....then there's Sonic (the very first one), Golden Axe, Streets of Rage 1 & 2... plus a load more stuff I can't remember.
eBay fucking rules for any oldskool bits now, it's stupidly cheap! Anyone remember the £50 expansion pak for N64? Only about £5 now, score!
Oh yeah...anyone ever play Conker's Bad Fur Day - the one with a pisshead squirrel in it?! =D
Worth a purchase!!!
