So all of my producing experiements, I was just using my computer.
Yep, just keyboard, a mouse, a big nice screen 20" and the stock motherboard with the rest of my gear.
and a DAW FL Studio.

Someone recommended me to get a new "Usb audio interface" or a "Usb Audio Card" I cant remember..
Is that essential or important to make quality tunes?

Personally I recommend getting an audio interface.

1. It will sound better then the stock soundcard of your PC in many cases.
2. If you plan to hook up to an amp/studio monitors you will probably need it in order to get the right type of connections.
3. The inputs are nice if you ever plan on recording things/getting samples from external sources.

Those are just the main reasons - although there can be more depending on how much cash you are willing to shell out on one. For example, some will have integrated midi control surfaces, while others have chips in them that will actually take some of the work load off your CPU.

m-audio are good - also got a cheap edirol one that does the job just fine think its ua-25 or something like that

I have question! I bought recently usb midi keyboard and I'm gonna buy audio interface. What do you recommend if I'm planning to hook up sherman filterbank 2 in future? Like internal or usb? I mean how do I route it when all of my synths are digital, sound comes out my computer thru the filter and then to my speakers. If I wanna record that how would I route it back to my pc? Or should I buy equipment for recording signal in between, I'm confused.

I'm not 100% on this as I haven't got my computer set up with outboard gear (looking to soon however :D), but I think you're going to want something with at least 2 different outputs (i.e. ch1-2 , ch3-4) and at least one input. Definitely do some research AND consult the user manual of your DAW to see if it says anything about external gear/effects.

Otherwise I think you would just send it out your auxiliary output (3-4?) that is connected to the outboard then record it back into your DAW as audio through your recording input. Sounds about right, yes?

There is probably a way to get it as live audio effect but not without spending some serious $$$ on an expensive interface, again this is just a guess - someone with outboard might be able to help you better.

Yes it would be cool to be able to route things that go through the filter back to daw, gotta hire a specialist for giving tips what kind of interface to buy or sumthing.
