Easy people, here's the latest release on my label Regal Records from the very talented Ad Gannon. I remember someone posting a while back wondering how these tunes haven't been snapped up yet, so l I made it my mission to sign these beats! He's gonna be big in the future. Enjoy:

Off the back off the well received 'Crown Jewels EP' Regal are back with their second EP release of 2012. Introducing Ad Gannon, a 21-year-old producer from South East London, making a drum & bass debut on Regal Records, specialising in only the best and most promising young talent in the scene.
REG007 kicks off with the title track 'Sentient' which keeps it rough from the start. Not for the lightweights, the build-up delivers what it promises. With a dirty bassline and techno-infused effects, this monster of a tune is in the twilight zone between drum & bass and drumstep, flaunting the production genius of Ad Gannon.
Keeping the hopes high, 'Black Light' delivers a slightly more lighthearted dance anthem, with equally much sound swagger. With influences in early 2000s drum & bass, this tune is jazzy and captivating, luring us into a certain dance-induced euphoric haze. Absolutely sublime.
Third in store we have 'Bad Trip'. There is a lot going on in this fast-paced roller, yet the simplicity of the top melody makes it catchy and undeniably suitable for dance floors. It is impossible to ignore the energy, better just give in and let the music take you on its own trip.
To round off the EP 'Space Snake' is an eclectic mix of a hint of hardcore influence, industrial basslines, slowed down broken beats and psychedelic use of vocals, culminating in another serious roller.
This release is nothing but a proof of a serious young talent, that is Ad Gannon. Already getting recognition and DJ support from the likes of Andy C, Cyantific, DC Breaks, Bailey, to name a few. Watch this space for more promising talent brought to you by Regal Records.
