"Refuse" 1994-95 Jungle Help Id the track

Hello everybody,
i always liked a jungle track of 1994-1995 period with the title "Refuse" and samples taken from "Non Phixion - Refuse to Lose", i cannot recall the artist neither i can find it on discogs or youtube. Can anybody help me identifying this track?
 
Yes, you are the best. Thank you very much this is it. It was "refuze" not "refuse" therefore i couldn't find it at discogs. Thank you again.
 
I hate to be pedantic (!) but the sample is Chuck D (Public Enemy).... apart from the fact he has one of the most recognisable voices in (rap) music, this Swift & Zinc tune came out 10 years before the Non-Phixion tune!
