but there early albums are surprisingly good if you're into old school funk
anthony didn't even realise he could sing until blood sugar sex magik i think it was

BloodSugar is by faaaaaaaaaaar their best.

In my top 5 albums of all time.
yep quoted for the truth there old bean .. one cdi actually look after and its stays in the case ..

i think dan m , probably like the new mainstream red hot chillis that hes heard on the radio .. them im not overly keen on , californication was abit sing along for me..

far more raw talent in the b.s.s.m. album ... gotta love flea funk

Freakey Styley or anything early like that its funkrockrap at its peak, save perhaps Rage, and its brilliant. Just stay the hell away from By The Way and Stadium Arcaium as its all nonesense and tosh.

Hillel Slovak died of a cocaine and heroin binge, i think its called a speedball or speedballing to the u.s. , putting a mix of heroin and cocaine in the same needle .. its meant to be an amazing rush but few people can hack it .. its sends that heart into atrial flutter which is irregular rhthyms then slows down and pops basically .. i know all this from Scar Tissue Kiedis's autobiography..its worth a read if no one has read it,makes you feel small time on the drug scene if you thought you was a badman .. but on serious note , it makes sense that its gunna fuck you up , your hearts racing like fuck off a intravenous cocaine hit , and slowing down from the smack , so its all over the place .. a few famous stars have died from it ..

Deaths attributed to speedball use: ( wiki )

Speedball use was a contributor to the cause of several high-profile deaths, including:

* Hillel Slovak
* Brent Mydland
* John Belushi
* Chris Farley
* Layne Staley
* River Phoenix
* Mitch Hedberg
* Eric Show
* Zac Foley
* Tim Buckley
* Jean-Michel Basquiat[citation needed].
