recording in fl studio

so... the question is.. what is the best way of recording/sampling my own bass souns, beats, pads etc in fl studio.

when rendering out breaks through edison I sometimes notice a millisecond delay in the recording at the start.

saw this vid yesterday and thought, makes sense! lets try it. and then thought of my problems sampling and recording

The use of various plugins during production causes this little delay. Just edit the wav you import to the playlist with the recording and cut it.
