Been into dubstep for a while but feel I have only really scratched the surface. I find it easy to find lots of wobble/distorted stuff but would like to discover some of the deeper/vocal stuff please. Be great if anyone can help me out!

    This kinda ting...

    Thank you :)

If it werent for people like Synkro, Burial etc I'd have abandoned dubstep a looong time ago.

It's changed so much for the worse over the last 5 or so years.

I dont think any other genre has lost its vibe so quickly in the entire history of UK underground music.

Aaahh yeah, embarassed I forgot about a fellow Manc. Thanks BDS. Yeah the whole scene has been taken over by the wobbly stuff, some of which I do like, but would liek to get back to some vibes and beats.

Not sure if this is the kind of thing you're looking for but I think it's quite uplifting.

you should search for the 'solitude' mixes on here or dubstepforum, sounds like they're exactly you're cup of tea. Dubstep's just gone the same way as most music scenes, splintered into loadsa different sub-genres. shit when that happens innit

Not really dubstep but often blurred with it, check the future garage threads for suggestions. I have a feeling that you will find some stuff that works for you.
