yes, pressure drop is a wicked song. but just so i can be a anal prick, i need to mention that it aint reggae, its ska. second wave.

now, reggae tunes. perhaps not classics according to popular belief, but defo for me:

black uhuru - youths of eglinton
bob marley - burning and looting
max romeo - one step forward
junior marvin - police and thieves
Linton Kwesi Johnson - blood song
lee scratch perry - dreadlocks in moonlight
Yabby you & horace andy - undivided world :inlove:
susan cadogan - do it baby
sister nancy - bam bam < samebassline as ring the alarm!
    bad brains - i and i survive.
    Jonny Clarke - rebel soldier

i'll stop now, coz my list of classics could consume the whole board. let me know if you want more.

    ni**a please! :teeth:
this aint even an LP. its a post humus compilation...
Its jokes man, Legend is proper reggae stereotype. every guy i talk to about reggae, goes "yeah, i LOVE reggae, you know bob marley ? that legend album is great"...
bob's best lp imo is small axe.

damn, im getting well nerdy...need a joint..

    No worries...

But you know that guam one was a joke right...

I hate it if someone went and spent money on that after me saying that...

i think this is a grey area of reggae. police in helicopters was originally sung by john holt. there might have been a eek a mouse version as well, but the song got famous by the Holt version.
