Recommend me a Good Bike

Basically I have to cycle about 7miles to schoo then backl every day on a bmx.
It takes me ages on a bmx and Im shattered when i get to school.
Can anyone recommend me a good cheap mountain bike?.
one that goes very fast lol.
Im on a low budget but yeah.

Any recommendations?

jus dont get one of those gash ones with rear suspension...only get rear suspension if your spending a lot...or it will break

If ure doing 7 miles.... Dont get full suspension all its gonna do is slow u rite down, and there shit unless ure payin top dollar

Yeah im after a second hand bike, i know i cant get a decent new one for 100.

Get a 2nd hander for sure..or look fro the 2006 models..you could well find a barh=gain, but will cost u a quid or two to get a mountain bike mag to find out eth websites..unless you can get an older copy off someone..

i did it twice the other day.
In the morning on the way to training.
had training.
rode back.
rode back to the same area.
rode back at 1 in the morning.

totaled about 28miles.
I was abit pissed on the way back aswell
