reason regroove?

Cant use this yet as i cant figure it out and the vids i found on you tube are crap.Do any of you use this on your beats and percussion,as its meant to add a bit of like a swing or shuffle making the beats less computerised.I need some advice on this on how to use it,cheers.

Load for example this 100 robotic quantized loops in Reason, link a regroove channel A1 for example to the sequencer track, load in regroove a groove patch from factory sound bank and hear how it changes velocity and quantisation, use F8 pop up for finetuning.

In Ableton u can also see how a groove patch changes the midi notes and velocity in the sequencer, in Reason afaik u can only hear the result?
