+support (they actually listen to their users)
+customizability (if you've gotten used to another programs shortcuts and layout, you can adjust easily)
+light (installer is 5megs....say what?)
+free unlimited trial

-built-in plugs not as expansive as in "heavier" daws (there's a huge load of them, possibly sacrificing quality over quantity)
-constant updating (might be a good thing as well but for me its annoying to update every 2 weeks)
-designed with tracking & mixing in mind - tho the midi implementation is taking huge leaps forward every update, there is still no substitute for FLStudio's piano roll
