I think I'm a bit behind on this one. I found Frequency two before the first release, but hey, it's here.

Now, I've not been a fan of Rascal & Klone in the past. The only track that ever stood out for me was their latest on Urban Takeover, but this one made me notice.

There's a hint in there of the Stakka & Skynet school of d&b, with rolling beats and funky yet dark basslines. The sounds are a little two familiar for me on Hyper Kenetic, reminding me a lot of previous Kraken and Ram releases, but Delta 9 is a better tune by far.

The bassline rolls throughout the tune, and is quite catchy. (Believe me...I heard it once and was humming it the rest of the day) The drums seem to be ripped off of previous releases, but I'm not complaining. The track in it's entirity makes itself known, and as such, is quite hard to describe fully.

If you're a fan of Rascal & Klone, Stakka & Skynet or Kraken, check it out. It'll slot in nicely with the rest.
