just wanna know how I can change a pre-recorded break, i.e. Amen, so it goes fluidly with the track without actually changing the track's bpm.. ne help??

You could just time stretch the sample you want to put in using wave lab or somthing along those lines. Another way is if your using and all audio set up would be to try somthing like ableton live http://www.ableton.com/index.php?main=downloads try the free demo here. This atomaticly sets the wav to the BPM you are using> Hope this helps.
