quick Q about pizza 'crusty-ness'

    just a quick one people.

    before i starting cooking the above mentioned pizza, i decided to run some water over the frozen baze, so that it would come out less 'hard' n crusty.

    now its almost finished but the pizza base is really ... really sloppy...and i dunno what to do.... can i eat it?
