question about reason

hey, i just started reason, and im really noob with it. here's my noobish question: when i make a sound with subtractor, and i want to put it in the piano roll( thats the name in fl), i can't hear any sound? what shoul i do ??

hi,
i dont know what the pianno roll is (not got FL) but if you want something to sound in reason you have to have a note for it on the sequencer.
So you can either draw them in or press record and play it on keyboard.
Hope that helps - if not please describe what you are doing exactly.

Make sure your drawing the notes in on the right track, if your not sure, right click on the Subtractor your using, and click on "Create>Create sequencer track", and then use the piano roll on the track it creates.
