    Its called a tracker, it's the traditional software for making jungle. You can download a full fledged tracker called Modplug which has an excellent audio editor, vst support, it's own instrument mode, built in effects of a million types, and so forth, it's great, but vertical hexadecimal programming is a very different method of making music if you are used to horizontal audio lanes etc
