Program to record an online stream?

go to download.com and search 'wav recorder' or something to that effect, you'll find loads of options come up (some with limitation - 2 day trial, only 2 mins of audio) but most of them just recorded any audio streaming from your pc/sound card.
if you're wanting to fix onto a specific stream, then i'm not quite sure how you'd do that....
'cool record edit pro' is good, not sure if does streams though - but's free with totally no limitations what so ever.
