The time has come to finally get some of these. I'm at the point in my life where if I keep up the sustained abuse my hearing is going to fail me.

I really want some top of the range moulded professional earplugs.

Saw a thread on here a while ago with the make and model I should be looking at but I can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks chaps.

I've always used the alpine music pro ones. They're only about £18 or something and you get 3 in the box and they have 3 different filter levels so you can reduce the levels as much as you want. I don't think I'd ever pay loads for earplugs cos I sometimes take them out if it isn't that loud which has somehow made me lose a pair once. If I'd paid loads for them I would've been screwing but cos they're pretty cheap it doesn't matter too much and they do the job for me. They don't distort the sound at all really.
