Production Section suggestion

Not sure if this is even possible, but is there a way that the post new thread button could be moved to below the sub-forum "New talent and Track reviews"?

I honestly believe this could help stem the flow of tracks we are getting posted in the production forum, instead of the correct sub-forum. Noobs come on the site to poste their tracks, see production forum, click it, then one of the first things they see is the post thread button. If it were moved down below the track review sub forum they would have to glance past that 1st! I reckon at least 50% of them might put two and two together and actually start posting where they are supposed to!

On top of this idea, maybe changing the text colour of the sub forum header to a brighter colour to attract attention to it?

Also maybe stick a 'like' button in the track review forum, seeing as not many people leave comments lol

that would probably give less feedback because people will start thinking that hitting the like button is enough work lol
