Problem Exporting audio on Ableton

I have a mixdown done, and it peaks at -13db on ableton meters and freeG. I export the audio file, and now it has these crazy peaks that hit, and register upto -4db.

Im lost and dont know how to just render my file

What are your normalization settings on export?

is dither turned off when bouncing?

Also, did you note where it peaks in the tune post-bouncing? And if so, does is peak less in the same spot before bouncing?

If you cant get to the bottom of it, could you just not put a limiter on the master to stop it peaking in those areas?
