so in light of the 'when did you start producing' thread i thought it'd be an idea to hear some of your 1st tracks.
obviously not everyones gonna have these so may be just the oldest track you can find or there abouts.

you can then post some of your latest stuff for comparison.

Reason 4 since day one mate.

Only real difference is now i tend to use lots of automation, frequency & resonance etc etc...

Also found this site which "showcases" some old old tunes from our Usva Crew from 2002-2003. Anything that says "by omtrak" is mine, my old production moniker.

LOL! i hate myself for makin this tune an then later goin back an editing it. This tune should be dead an buried! Its massively out of key!!! An the bass is overkill, i knew nothing about the crunch back then! still gota start somewhere eh!

How long have you been at this? I can hear the difference..

been at it about 6 or 7 years. but since i made the tracks on that soundclick page 4 years ago i've not actually finished a track until about 2 months ago. just made loops/patches/synths, not really progressed at all. the last 2 months or so i've got right back into it. hence my arrival on this site.

strictly fruity loops since day 1. started out with fruity 3 making techno/hardcore/hardtrance. t'was shameful though.

sleeping with the fishes is really bad. there's some better tracks on there like cider rider but when i listen now, all the breaks sound really distorted n shit. the basslines are horrible. love to still have the zipped loop files so i could give them a facelift.

i thought the first track was alright man. lacking atmospherics, but defo a good start. your latest seems like a sweet track. definitely fine tuned your style.

the second edit is 20x better eh. i always think, ok, i'm happy enough with this tune now, it sounds sweet, but what about when i listen to it in 3 years time???????

thats a good idea for a tune, the drums are cool but really weak. you need to remix it.
