on my pc i have this track down as quantumleap - noisia, however i can find no reference on the net to any track produced by nosia under that name. (I got this when i was about 14 off limewire, so now hunting for the real version)
This does sound vaguely similar to quantumleap by state of mind but definitely isn't the same song. unless the quality is just so abhorrent it has utterly changed it
