Please ID this BIG 1996 Drum & Bass Track

Hope everyone is well.

Please can somebody identify this track which was being played all night at Desire in May 1996, a do which I attended and have heard it many other times but just never knew what it was actually called !? It could be a V Recordings track !?

It is on this video of the night from around 2:10 right through to 3:15.
