playin a "b2b" set 4 the 1st time - need advice

basically i've got a set at a free party on saturday, but i was thinking about doing a "b2b" set with another mate
do u think we should decide what tunes and maybe have a practice run of our set so we don't fuck up

OR

just go with it and play whatever!

we can play whatever tunes we want cuz we're the only straight up dnb DJ's there, mainly gunna be Ragga Jungle and Techno i think

just wanted some advice of you lot! cheers!

Your probably best off planning it mate. Do you both play similar styles? Or are you both different?
 
i usually play back to back with my mate, we both have very similar tastes in music so we usually just do some improvisation, depends if you've got different styles though
 
have a practice before and just see how it goes....
if it's a free party (take it it's not in a club or ting?) just have some fun....

Lol, you don't even know if I'm any good though lol...

I have to say though, these last few days I've been fuckin brilliant, really impressed with myself, wrote down some phat sets so I can play em if I need to lol.

Yeah ok man, will send a mix soon then. Does your podcasts have to have any talking or anything or are yours just straight music blad?
