This is not a file sharing site

I see quite often in the mix forum someone will request an MP3

    This is unacceptable

There are sites out there that will have what you want, this site is not one of them

    Thanks

Do we need a requests forum? Or just ban requests? I think it would be nice for people to help each other out?

Any suggestions and thoughts are welcome.

Wouldn't that be illegal??? Surely if the mp3s can be bought from t'internet for 75p or whatever, then sharing them would be wrong... Thats just my opinion though. :|

I assumed he was on about legit mixes?

I certainly do not want anything illegal to be posted on this web site!

i assumed he was reffering to full mp3 versions of individual tunes as a few people have been asking for unreleased dubs etc... e.g. dnbeanhead asking for an mp3 of push pull by clipz recently

Oh I see! Then certainly not!

Mixes yes, full tunes or retail mixes no!

O.U. was talking about full tunes. We've had some new users acting surprised and offended when told off for requesting them.

I've put up a sticky thread in the mixes forum regarding requests. Thank you for bringing the problem to my attention.
