that what i think most of the time - but it doesnt matter - just make your next tune better than your last - always improove. dont worry about other peoples sounds, make yours as good as u can - move on to next track and make that better.
p.s. i liked the first one best - but the 2nd one was good as well.

finish a track and then go back and fuck around with it later
thats what i usually try to do, seems to be working for me at the moment,
im completing projects this way

sounds good man , to add some grove i would sidechain the pad with the snare , so everytime the snare hits the pad bumps down , just an idea

I will have a go in a bit, i have never sidechained anything, so i will give it a go. Will it make that much difference?
