As one of the DJ pioneers of the drum & bass sound in Singapore, Working under the same moniker of KIAT, he crafts and engineers tracks carefully and conceptually, weaving artistry with sound waves and frequencies. His productions are often intricately programmed with deep grooves hidden behind warm Detroit synths and strung together by dubby bass-lines and reworked hip-hop breaks. After opening for Goldie at Homeclub, Singapore, his tunes caught Goldie’s attention and alongside with ASH, their tracks were selected for release on Vampire.and the Metalheadz sub-label- Rufige. "I'm expecting bigs things from this guy" remarked Grooverider of Soul Intent, whos Future Funk track has also won over Bailey and Doc Scott. With releases planned for 31 and Mac II. Soul Intent is another new name set to blow in 2008!
