DOA Review:
'New imprint Sonorous Music start as they mean
to go on with a pairing of productions from Atlantic Connection,
who has been making moves on labels such as Creative
Source and CIA. No surprise then that both sides are crafted
with a deep, old-school sensibility that will sit well in the
selections of selectors who prefer to play with blends of
intricate heaviness rather than the obtrusive synth sound
that is currently dominating big raves. Of the two tracks here,
I was drawn to ''Relapse'', which makes good use of the
collision between the classic melodic bassline sound
of 90s jungle and a jazzy, liquid groove – although ''Alliance Amen''
would probably be just as good in the hands of a more
drumfunkier DJ. Sonorous Music have got plenty
more tricks up their sleeves, so let’s hope that
that this premier vinyl is a sign of more good things to come.'
For digital downloads the release date is set for November 19th, and the two tracks will be available on beatport, trackitdown, itunes & more.

Our website is in the making and once built one of the features will be an online store. With each release on the same day the promo drops on vinyl you will be able to purchase the digital formats exclusively from the Sonorous store, and then from other digital stores a few weeks later.
