So, while I'm not a threat to any political/governing bodies, I still don't like the principals behind a lot of the, now exposed, surveillance programs used by our governments. I'd like to beef up my own personal web-security and I'm wondering if any of you dnb's have some good info on creating a more privatized experience for yourself on the web.

    VPN?

cost monies though, and some (hidemyass) give your info out anyway, so youll want one outside of the US, which is also gonna slow your connection down a bit

Find a fast foreign proxy and you'll be fine.

VPN would be sick but can cost a fair few penny's for a decent service.

If your a paranoid fucker then tor up.
