Checked cables/swapped them round, check monitors and settings etc, checked mixer, seems ok....

    im lost??

its rather distracting when producing so had to pan the difference out on the mixer.

    Soundcard issue?

swap the spkr cables so left goes to right - is the same speaker still quiet?
if the same speaker is still quiet then it points to that spkr
just wondering if its the speakers or your soundcard/audio device.

Input sensitivity knob on the back of each monitor can be turned to get them equal.
