I've been looking for this tune since 2002. Such a killer tune. I recently saw a post that I can't find anymore that said it was a dubplate so we might be S.O.L, but who knows..

Just searched it in google and the two artists I found are Phil Perry and Sanchez. I am not sure of this. Hope this may help you.
