Right. This was featured on the 'Blueprint X' custom radio station for GTA IV. If you like the game, go grab it! It was compiled by Dubphizix and Code:Breaker who was involved also in the original 'MSX FM' radio station for the original GTA 3.
It's truly a bit dated today, but I think has some nice atmosphere and some cool ideas. I might have linked to this in the past on this forum too but I dont think I've never set it as a free download.
