i wouldnt get too hung up on massive for that, any synth with two or more oscs can manage that sound.

1. set osc 1 and 2 to saw (and 3 to sine if possible)
2. play a really low note
3. detune oscs to taste, so you get that wobbly or phasing sound
4. lowpass. or distort, then lowpass.
5. apply envs to pitch, LFO to filter or whatever if you so desire,
here is when your artistic preference comes in, we all put our own swag on it at this point,
or, really already from point 1. i like to resample it through different bits of kit, for instance, filter and rinse repeat etc.

Thought I would share the patch incase anyone else wanted it.

Basic patch made. Basically its made with 2 sine wave oscs on formant. One being set at +0.33 and the other at -0.33 - this will give you your moving kinda feeling. Then you add another sine osc to thicken it up, this stays on 0.00 with no detuning. You then add a HPF and take out the highs. Thats pretty much it. Adjust to taste.

Here is the patch.
