I've been trying to ID this tune for a longtime now. Its an absolute thumper from maybe 97 era? I'm thinking it could be a DJ SS one, anyone know it? I will be eternally grateful if you do

can't help except if you didn't know, that vocal sample is definitely from the hip hop track Artifacts - 'Wrong Side Of The Tracks'... and that bassline really reminds me of some Swoosh stuff...
