    Hey guys,

where do you/most dnb producers get their vocal samples from?
im after a few lines of soulful female vocals that gives the track some depth/meaning..

im not even exactly sure how to describe what im after which is why im finding it hard to get what i need.

have a listen to some tracks in this mix:

    any ideas?

Grab Audacity (its free) and you can rip sound from any website (Youtube etc).

Alternatively, www.acapellas4u.co.uk is a good site.

yeh i know how to get the acapella or sample....but im struggling to find the songs themselves.

for instance i made a track using marvin gaye's vocals...im after some soulful vocals like that but female and a bit more recent maybe.

You just have to be patient and search hard.

That acapella site I posted the link to is probably your best bet, just type in the search field, soulful / female. And the same for youtube
