Thanks for trying @BzERK but that's what came up for me when I Shazam'ed too. It's clearly not that though.

Sound like a similar vibe to Milky Way with a different muffled vocal, that's what makes me think it's an old RAM bit of by an older RAM artist. Any other guesses / confirmation anyone?
